What data we process and why
This website has no contact forms. Personal data is collected only when the user voluntarily chooses to contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email.
- Data processed: name, telephone number, email and the information the user provides about their pool or garden (including any photographs sent voluntarily).
- Purpose: to handle the enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, manage delivery of the contracted service.
- Legal basis: the consent of the data subject and the application of pre-contractual measures or performance of the contract.
- Retention: for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for the periods legally required for tax and accounting obligations.
Recipients
No data is transferred to third parties except where legally required. Communicating via WhatsApp involves processing by its provider (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) under its own privacy policies.
Your rights
